This is for DragonessDeanna's contest... which theme I forgot. 
BUT I never forgot what I wanted to draw from the moment it was announced. 
Doctor Who with Black Nostalgia. Funny how my first Dr Who fan art is a crossover of another fanart.
I had planned on doing the main cast (including Daroga and Meg just because. >:3) but Raoul was the only one who turned out right... weird... but I'm very happy with him. He is cosplaying as... THATS WHAT IT WAS!!!! A cosplaying contest!!! Anywho, Raoul is the 9th Doctor. Why? 'Cause I felt his personality fit the 9th Doctor more than 10.
