Well, first it has to be a MichiruXSango pairing RP. I must insist on that. If you're open to him being paired with Kagome, I can make this a MichiruXSangoXKagome RP considering polygamy was legal and common practice in the Feudal Era, but if not, MichiruXSango is fine.

It takes Michiru nearly two years to figure out how Utsugi's spell worked, but he finds some hidden scrolls in the floorboards of the temple. He finds a diary signed by Utsugi claiming he found the secret to time travel, but so powerful is this discovery that the pages he wrote this secret on were indestructible. That's why the temple was locked in the Feudal Era, because the temple was where he housed this secret.

Using this discovery, Michiru finds a way back, makes his way to Kaede's Village, hangs out a bit with Inuyasha, Shippo, and Kirara, then learns that Sango is alone at the moment with her thoughts.

They have a reunion with Sango alone at first contemplating the last thing Michiru said to her, when her thoughts are interrupted by Michiru singing to her asking if he can join her after all this time.
